5.1 Active Accounts

While your account is active, we retain all account and Customer Data.

5.2 After Account Termination

After you terminate your account:

  • Customer Data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
  • After 30 days, Customer Data is permanently deleted
  • Account information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes
  • Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access and update your account information at any time through the Service or by contacting us.

6.2 Data Portability

You may request an export of your Customer Data in CSV or Excel format at any time.

6.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Note that some information may be retained as required by law.
